The unit is an indispensable part of the cold room
Do you know what the important machine units of the cold storage do? What are the components of the cold storage unit composed of? If you don't know much about these but want to know the information, then I will act as your guide in this article, let's get to know the crew together. The refrigeration compressor is the most important equipment in the refrigeration installation, usually called the host in the refrigeration installation. In this article, we will learn about the structural composition of the unit and their scientific principles, and then understand how the unit makes air-conditioning-let us face to face with the unit!
Know the composition of the crew
Human beings are made up of many organs to eat, drink and have fun, and the aircrew also has its own components to produce satisfactory temperature air-conditioning. The unit is composed of compressors, condensers, gas separators, oil separators, filters, solenoid valves, high and low pressure gauges, pressure controllers, and junction boxes. They work together to produce air conditioners. But their power also varies. If it is a small cold storage of three or four square meters, we only need a small horsepower unit to meet his needs. If it is a large cold storage, it may require high horsepower or several units to work together to meet refrigeration demand.
The role of each part of the unit
The compressor is the most important part of the unit, and it is also an essential component of the unit. It sucks low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it through the operation of the motor, and discharges high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe.
Refrigerant gas, which powers the refrigeration cycle. In this way, a refrigeration cycle of compression-condensation (heat release)-expansion evaporation (heat absorption) is realized.
The condenser generates heat when the compressor is running, and this heat needs to be released from the condenser. Without the cooler to release the heat, the heat will continue to circulate inside the compressor, which will cause the compressor to overheat and be damaged.
The gas/oil separator is used to pump the refrigerant to the fan when the compressor is running, and there will be refrigerant and gas backflow from the fan back to the compressor, and the gas separator is to collect the gas returned to the fan. The oil separator is to collect the refrigerant that returns to the fan.
The filter filters the fine impurities in the compressor to prevent other impurities from entering the compressor and causing damage to the compressor.
The solenoid valve is to throttle the refrigerant (when the compressor is started, the battery valve is opened to send the refrigerant to the fan, and when the compressor stops, the solenoid valve stops, so that the refrigerant cannot be pumped into the fan).
The high and low pressure gauge is to display the high pressure and low pressure.
The pressure controller is to control the high pressure and low pressure. The pressure controller will automatically protect if the high pressure is too high, and it will automatically protect if the low pressure is too low. The junction box is to connect the wires to the electric control box so that it can be powered on
Maintenance of the unit
The refrigeration unit has a large range of temperature and pressure changes and a large speed operating under the condition. The machine is running. There will be mechanical friction, airflow impact, sudden changes in temperature and pressure, so the quality of mechanical parts, components, equipment, and the internal cleanliness of the entire refrigeration system will directly affect the working capacity and service life of the refrigerator.
Therefore, in order to make the unit last longer and serve you better, we must use the unit according to the specifications and clean the unit regularly. Although these things seem insignificant, they are the pavement for the long-term use of the unit
